About us:


We are a well-established Commercial Printers based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, who this year are celebrating 27 years in business, we're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team.


As an Admin Assistant you will work within our main office team, supporting several different functions within the team, from our sales team to our Despatch Manager.


Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • To manage incoming calls promptly and direct them to their destination.
  • Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
  • To assist with invoices, purchase orders and delivery note administration.
  • To provide administrative support to the client services team, sales team & our Despatch Manager.
  • Preparation of external post.
  • To order and maintain relevant office supplies.
  • To carryout out any other clerical duties as assigned.

Desired Skills:


  • Willingness to learn
  • Computer Literate (Essential)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office function (i.e. Excel)
  • Professional and Enthusiastic
  • Flexible

Salary:
£20,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
