We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing training and consultancy service based in the heart of Peterborough.

Run by two business masterminds who are rapidly growing the business and monopolising their market.

Collaborating with the Head of Marketing and with the support of your Marketing team, you will be expected to execute the Marketing strategy for 2023 and beyond.

Roles and responsibilities but not limited to

Oversee all Marketing campaigns
Implement strategy
Helping the business create a strong and memorable brand in an industry with very few competitors
Using analytics to monitor success and generate weekly reports including Google Analytics, social media analytic tools
Manage and report on campaigns and performance
Line managing a small dynamic team and specialist consultants and agencies.
Is a B2B Marketing Manager a minimum 5 years 'experience.
Experienced in digital and database marketing.
Has a proven track record of managing multichannel campaigns to deliver an organisation's growth plans.
Is uptodate with best practices in digital marketing developments.
Uses analytics to report on campaign performance
Strong interpersonal skills being dynamic, persuasive, unflappable
Has a qualification (CIM/Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing)
Experience of managing creative people to hit deadlines
Will have a proven track record for flair and have a real passion for everything marketing
