You will have a keen passion for software development/engineering and an excellent understanding of how to define and deliver solutions iteratively and synergistic-ally.


What you'll be doing as a Senior Python Programmer/Engineer:

  • Responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development from idea inception all the way through to production.
  • Plans and drives software construction activities.
  • Adopts and adapts appropriate software development methods, tools and techniques.
  • Contributes to the development of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for software development.
  • Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors complex programs/scripts and integration software services.
  • Applies agreed standards and tools to achieve wellengineered outcomes.
  • Participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work.

What You'll Bring As a Python Software Developer, you will be designing and developing software that lies between the front end composer (GUI) and the back end tools.

The primary codebase is written in Python, although the team use a diverse range of tools and methods for which the following are essential:

  • Strong Full stack Python - AWS
  • PySpark
  • ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS
