Accounts Administrator (General Administration also)
Are you a friendly and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team in the KER Graphics.
You will work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
This opening is due to an impending retirement of our current accounts administrator, they will remain in the role to complete full training and handover to the new recruit so support is provided for as long as needed.
Responsibilities:
Customer Accounts
- Managing all aspects of Sage customer details, invoicing, payment records.
- Reviewing outgoing orders, producing delivery notes and address labels for dispatch
- Generating invoices then transfer to Sage
- Produce and distribute months customer statements
- Monitor debtors and chase ages debt
Supplier Accounts
- Add/Amend details for suppliers on Sage
- Check purchase orders against supplier invoices
- Input all supplier invoices onto Sage and check against monthly statements
- Records on Sage and setup week payments to suppliers alongside General Manager or Managing Director.
General Accounts / Administration
- Daily review of banks
- Production of reports
- Sales/Debtors/Creditors/ P&L
- Setting up of journals
- Bank Reconciliation for all accounts
- VAT and EC VAT returns; submission to HMRC
- Liase with greater group accountants when necessary
- General record keeping with Excel/Word
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to operate in a close knit team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience within the printing industry would be beneficial but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary negotiable depending on experience
- We can offer weekly or monthly pay plan
- Working hours are 2530 per week
- We have the ability to shape the working hours to be a flexible for parents if needed. We are open to discuss at interview.
Salary will be pro rata.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
