To assist the band 4 Specialty Co-ordinator in running the busy Rheumatology administration office at Basingstoke hospital.- Excellent administration skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Motivation to complete all tasks in a timely fashion
- The ability to communicate in a friendly and approachable manner
Providing a competent administrative service and will be required to have a robust knowledge of systems used in Administration. The post holder will need to ensure the efficient delivery of the admin service and all associated administrative tasks.
The post holder will also be required to support the Specialty Coordinator and wider clerical team within the service and deputise for the Speciality Coordinator as and when required.
