£15,423 per year (£20,565 full time equivalent)

What we're looking for:


We are looking for an experienced digital content assistant who can maintain our online Reading Services, including Newsagent, content delivery platforms to meet exacting production timelines.


You will be working to meet the highest standards of service to provide timely content to our customers who want to read the news, their favourite magazines and more.

You will be directly involved in delivering a first-class customer experience and in implementingprocess improvements as our services evolve.

Your experience of establishing, and working to, a busy production schedule will be beneficial. You'll enjoy speaking with customers and colleagues to keep them updated and answer their questions. Your attention to detail will be beneficial in testing systemsdaily and ensuring the correct editions are available. Your ability to multi-task will come to the fore when working with competing deadlines.

You will be joining a multi-talented team all working to transform and deliver reading material to our subscribers.
