Gerrard White are currently working with one of the biggest re-insurance brokers on the planet, and this is an incredibly rare and exciting opportunity to join them as a business information analyst

Your role will include:
- Enhance clients abilities and standards around data and information
- Design and develop models to support information services
- Openly connect with Data Management and Data Services teams to align end to end solution design, development and deployment
- Work with Data Analysts to determine requirements for delivering solutions for information services
- Provide help in developing visualisation solutions using standard methodology
- Support the delivery of BI requirements, ensuring that the information provided improves business decision making capabilities
- Be a detail orientated teammate, with sophisticated analytical and problemsolving skills
- Maintain the Data Dictionary (Business Glossary) aligning content with all information services
The key sillks/qualifications for this role are:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of visualisation tools, especially PowerBI and nonMicrosoft tools such as Qlikview, Qliksense and Tableau
- Ability to manage, translate and handle complex technical terminology, concepts and issues to all audiences
- Outstanding data analysis skills, a solid knowledge of design and integration principles for sophisticated, heterogeneous databases and data modelling.
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills. Happy to resolve problems in a professional manner, lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus
- SQL 2008/2012/2014/ an advantage), SSIS, TSQL
- Solid knowledge of current industry practices and toolsets
- Experience in a data warehouse environment within a large organisation, preferable within the Insurance/Financial markers
- Knowledge of Industry data standards, architectures and standard methodologies
- Eligible to work in the UK
This role offers a hybrid working model, and would ask that you came into their lovely London offices 3 times a week.
