ROLE SUMMARY:


  • The role will provide advice, execution and risk mitigation strategies for complex employee issues and concerns to Inspired's UK Schools and Head Office. The person will facilitate employee relations and supervise any HR issues as required with the aim of building an engaged work environment.
  • The person will also be responsible for people policies, their instigation and review.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Design and deliver strategies, policies and practices that are in line with best fit practice, legal requirements and are aligned with the company's purpose, objectives and values.
  • Support HR teams, providing employee relations and employment policy and process, advice, guidance, insight, training and expertise to ensure HR teams are able to provide employee relations and policy advice, interventions and solutions to meet the company'sobjectives.
  • Lead the relationship and key negotiations with individuals and collectively as appropriate with a view to securing business performance, employee engagement and legal compliance.
  • Ensure the provision of employee relations analytics and data as required.
  • As a senior leader, represent the function internally and externally as appropriate across a range of stakeholders.

  • Skills & Experience

  • Previous exprerience in managing Employment tribunals
  • Must be (minimum) Level 7 CIPD Qualified
  • Ability to work in a handson, standalone role
  • Previous experience as a member of a Senior HR team in a frontfacing operational role
