    Yard Operative - Roudham, Norfolk
    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing depot based in the heart of Norfolk.

    This role is working Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm and is paying up to £30,000 per annum.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • A driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.

    • Previous experience using a forklift is also required.




    • Moving equipment to and from the washing area.

    • Preparing equipment for washing by removing necessary components.

    • Jet washing equipment to a suitable standard.

    • Ensuring all health and safety standards are upheld.

    • Completing tasks within the target time frame.

    • Spraying equipment with paint.

    • Completing basic computer work to finish tasks.

    • Loading and unloading vehicles.

    • Managing the yard to keep items in their correct locations.

    • Managing stock to ensure it is in the correct locations.

    • Conducting regular stock takes.

    • Producing depot transfer notes for stock movement.

    • Checking off equipment and dealing with it accordingly.

    • Assessing and reporting work required on equipment.

    • Keeping warehouses swept and tidy.

    • Working in a team and promoting a good team attitude.

    • Complying with health and safety requirements.

    • Participating in necessary training.
