The Role

As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking an ambitious and versatile Video Producer to join our well-formed, internal content team.

The team are tasked with the ideation, capture and production of content for a whole host of globally renowned sports teams, covering everything from producing fun, engaging and emotive content with sports stars and fans, through to creating compelling campaigns and social ads.

We are storytellers at heart, we love to come up with new and unique content, to bring ideas to life in a fresh and unique way.

You'll play a pivotal part of this, working with the content team to turn a brief in to something emotive and engaging.

Based from our offices in Bromborough, Wirral and reporting to both the Senior Video Producer and Creative Director, this role will have you working on the full production of videos, from venturing out to the training grounds and stadiums of some seriously big names in sport to capture the content, through to producing the final edits, you'll be a central part of the team that does it all and so need to be well versed in all aspects of video production.

This role offers hybrid working, but will require flexibility, with some weekend or evening work every now and again around live sports events and experiences.

Skill Set:

This role requires someone with the following skill set and experience, who ideally has considerable sports knowledge and passion:

• Camera operating (including the set-up of equipment)
• Lighting
• Video editing
• Motion graphics (ideal but not pivotal)
• Adobe Premiere
• Adobe After Effects (ideal but not pivotal)
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of best export practices for web and social
• Shoot planning and coordination
• A keen eye for detail and creativity
• Highly organised
• Valid UK driving license

About You

• Relevant qualification in film / media
• Experience within a similar role, ideally within an agency or inhouse video function
• Flexible, accommodating, and with a cando attitude
• Exceptional organisational skills
• A great communicator who is comfortable working with others
• A selfstarter who can organise and own a project under their own steam
• Ability to work as part of a team to drive best results.
