Description
To gain success in this role, you should have experience in the following- Arrange deliveries via various couriers
- Update customers with tracking information
- Keep customers up to date with delivery dates and stock availability
- Learn and retain product knowledge, policies and services
- Perform basic relationship management with customers
- Basic admin duties
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer focused
- Problem solving
- Work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service
- Use in Orderwise or a similar order management system and customer service portals (preferred)
- Work independently and as part of a team
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£20,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gainsborough, Lincolnshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
