Job Title: ESEA Program / MTSS Coordinator

Description:

This position is responsible for coordinating the ESEA Program, including Titles I, IV. The successful candidate will support the district's mission and goals, promoting a positive environment and interacting with colleagues, parents, students, and visitors in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact with Maine DOE ESEA office
• Design, oversee, and evaluate ESEA programming
• Complete ESEA Consolidated application and reports for Titles I, II and IV
• Ensure parent and teacher involvement in program and application development
• Assist principals in establishing and maintaining Family School Compacts and Family Engagement Plans
• Work with principals to develop and implement ESEA Schoolwide Plans and Tier III Plans
• Coordinate summer programming at 5 elementary sites
• Disseminate program information and ensure required notices are made

Qualifications:

• Maine Department of Education Administrator Certification
• Strong oral and written communication and leadership skills
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
