The client are a prestigious global law firm and, are looking for an Employment/ Tax/ Commercial Trusts Lawyer to join the team of a specialized sector of the industry.

**The Role
The Employment Tax** domain plays a significant role in the Employment & Reward practice, encompassing various areas of expertise.

This includes providing a comprehensive range of support to the Employment team's clients and the wider organization onmatters such as employment tax, employment status/IR35, and structuring activities for internationally mobile employees.

Additionally, it involves providing assistance to the Pensions team and its clients on trust and tax issues related to pension-relatedproducts.

Moreover, this domain works closely with the share plans team to tackle issues that arise from employee benefit trusts.

Overall, the Employment Tax/Trusts area is a critical component of the practice, requiring a deep understanding of various taxand trust-related issues.

The Commercial Trustspractice is a national leader in the field, collaborating closely with the firm's Insurance/Financial Services sector and Pensions teams. This role involves providing advice to corporate, banking, and restructuring teamson various trust-related issues. The work is highly diverse and could entail drafting different sets of documents, addressing technical queries or providing guidance on cutting-edge products and services. The responsibilities include advising top insurerson the development of new trust-related products and services, creating suites of pro-forma trust documents, and offering ad hoc technical support. Additionally, the practice advises on customer and supplier protection trusts for companies facing financialdifficulties, working with corporate and banking teams on issues involving trustees buying, selling, or charging assets, and assisting corporate trustees with trust and tax law matters relating to unit trusts and co-ownership structures. Furthermore, the CommercialTrusts practice provides guidance on other commercial trust arrangements, such as funeral trust products, as needed.
