    Established in 2020, TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection has experienced rapid growth and is now poised for even greater success. Our 2025 Graduate Scheme offers a unique chance for ambitious graduates to embark on a thrilling career journey.

    We specialise in placing exceptional talent across key industries, including Energy & Industrial, Automation, Medical, Scientific & Healthcare, Chemicals, Packaging and Ingredients, Flavours & Fragrances markets. With a strong focus on innovation and growth, we're committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

    Our team of expert consultants has grown from three individuals in 2020 to over 25 today, with plans to reach 50 consultants within the next two years. This exciting phase of expansion presents opportunities for talented individuals to join our ranks and contribute to our success.

    The role of an executive search consultant involves managing client relationships with leading brands, innovative start-ups and private equity businesses. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent and becoming an integral support for their business.

    With candidates, you will build a network of exceptional talent and actively pursue career opportunities for them. This rewarding role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for talent and a passion for driving business growth.

    We offer a competitive salary starting at £26,000, with the potential for significant earnings through our industry-leading commission scheme. Recent graduates have exceeded £100,000 in their first year, demonstrating the unlimited earning potential available to our consultants.

    Rapid progression opportunities exist for those who excel, with some consultants progressing to management positions within 12-18 months.
