As an Audit Manager and you'll be joining a diverse and growing team that provides tangible commercial impact across our entire business.

You'll be participating in Audits to assess the control environment and regulatory adherence related to Finance and Marketbusinesses.

The role provides the opportunity to develop managerial skills while overseeing the work of junior auditors and working independently on larger topics within wider audits with the prospect of conducting separate audits independently.


The difference you'll make
:


  • Participating in assurance activities to assess the management and control of risk
  • Having the opportunity to less complex audits, ensuring that all work undertaken meets agreed timescales and complies with quality requirements
  • Supervising small teams (where required) whilst providing coaching and support for more junior team members
  • Managing relationships and influencing key stakeholders across the business and collaborating with other teams as required
  • Taking part in all aspects of the audit from planning, identification of key risks and coordination of fieldwork, through to drafting of highquality recommendations and audit reports

What you'll bring
:


  • Previous experience working in a Finance or Markets function with solid understanding of risk and controls, and knowledge of prudential capital, liquidity and financial regulation.
  • Familiar with the financial services industry, products and services, and regulatory framework in which the business operates.

It would also be nice for you to have
:


  • Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel knowledge and data analytics.
  • Excellent written skills including providing contribution to writing reports.
  • ACA / ACCA / FRM qualifications desirable but other similar qualifications considered in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.

What else you need to know.

This is a permanent role offering a hybrid work model (office/home based), where you will be expected to attend the London/Milton Keynes office at least 6 days a month.
