**Temporary Team Assistant - Immediate Start
Full Time - based in the office
Based in SW London


Salary:

up to £16ph + holiday pay**Our client, a global organization in SW London is currently looking for a Team Assistant to support the PA to CEO and a team of data professionals.

Possibility of a permanent role in the long-term.


Responsibilities will include

  • Looking after and supporting 15 people between UK and Dublin
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Producing correspondence where necessary
  • Down to earth, happy to turn their hand to what is needed

Person Specification

  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Cando attitude
  • Good clear communication both spoken and written
