Cleaner - DBS Basic (Temporary): Are you looking for a temporary cleaning role in the heart of Birmingham? Mitie Group Ltd is seeking a Cleaner with a DBS Basic check to join our team at Park Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B5 4BU, United Kingdom.

As a Cleaner with Mitie Group Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas.

Your duties will include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. You will also be required to empty bins, clean washrooms, and restock supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the established standards and schedules
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic
  • Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
  • Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the designated supervisor

Requirements:

  • Valid DBS Basic check
  • Previous experience in cleaning preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
