HCA's to join a valued client in Crewe, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life.

HCA's have many great qualities that make them an excellent asset to adults needing daily support and care.

The Job:

Helping with washing and dressing
Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
Discovering and knowing residents' interests and needs.
General housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
Supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge of care home or home care procedures and practices
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Understanding of care plans and ability to follow them accurately

Our client provides 24-hour care, day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift patterns for Day Shift Contracts

8am until 8pm
8am until 2pm
2pm until 8pm

Night Shift Contracts

8pm until 8am
