Package - £21K - £24k basic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE)

This is a great opportunity to work with an established Recruitment agency, who specialise in Cyber, Martech, Bigdata, Fintech and Analytics.

Day to day responsibilities:

Sourcing international sales talent that matches our clients' briefs
Updating clients on hiring projects
Strategic and consultative approach NOT phone bashing

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements:

Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
You will know exactly what you want to achieve and where you want to go next with a clear road map of personal and career goals
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution focused attitude
Motivated to hit KPIs
Be able to collaborate well within a team
