Key Responsibilities

TServiceNow Product Manager will own the environment that underpins the service which the Six Degrees IT & Digital organisation provide and will be a champion of the platform whilst providing high quality service and operations management.

With a strong focus on solution strategy, business change, and technology operations, you will work with a variety of colleagues across our organisation to ensure the platform and associated modules continue to enable productive, effective and efficientprovision of IT service whilst driving automation and digital integration.

Experience

Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform and all integrations, ensuring the platform is ready for use and always offers high quality data and processes
Minimum 2 years of jobrelated experience
Proactively research market and industry trends as it relates to the use of your product. Share and learn from good practice and innovative ideas that help improve our maturity and use of the product
Ensure permissions and platform access (roles, users, and groups) are appropriately governed and assigned
Work closely with peers across the business and in other departments, to drive alignment and integration with complimentary products and processes
Embed yourself in all user communities, providing input and seeking feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the value of the platform
