    HR Services Assistant - 12m FTC

    Role Overview

    The HR department at 0400-fbd-usa-llp plays a vital role in attracting, developing and retaining top talent. This position is part of the respected HR team and will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on HR programmes, policies and practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responding to enquiries and providing solutions through effective communication with colleagues across the international office network.
    • Providing administrative support for all main HR processes.
    • Issuing external correspondence including references, mortgage/rental applications, and business visa letters.
    • Maintaining accurate records and updating documents in response to new legislation or policy changes.
    • Managing information on the firm's HR system and other filing systems.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with other members of the HR team.

    About You

    Essential Requirements

    • A proven track record in customer service within a professional or commercial environment.
    • Highly motivated with excellent teamwork skills to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Desirable Requirements

    • Prior experience in HR would be advantageous.
    • A degree level qualification or equivalent is desirable.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is essential.
    • Experience of using HR Technology is a plus.
