Responsibilities:
- Provide appropriate care to the patient in a range of settings.
- Offer companionship and conversation to service user
- Monitoring and recording service user's diet and eating habits, escalating any concerns
- Assisting with feeding
- Assisting with personal care as well as toileting
- Completing carelogs, diet and fluid chart
- Provide Dementia/Alzheimers care
- Have an understanding of infection control measures.
- Have knowledge of good clinical practice.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team.
- Demonstrate good judgement and decisionmaking skills in a variety of situations.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
£10.50-£15.00 per hour
