Hi,


We are looking for someone friendly and outgoing to come and help with admin, coordination and assisting with set up and service at weddings with part times and fleixible hours.

We provide a relaxed style of catering for various weddings and events so someone with hospitality or admin experience, or both would be ideal The general job roles includes the following duties:

  • help with invoicing, receipts and organising accounts
- coordinating and organising the diary and bookings
- helping with set up and running of service on the wedding day


The role is really varied with from dealing with all admin and office based coordination to understanding dietary information and our food, chatting to guests, managing times, to helping the front of house team.

As a small tight knit team everyone gets stuck into all elements of the job so someone flexible and hands on would be a great fit.


We cater at various venues for weddings near York and into Yorkshire, our food is relaxed, based around sharing and feasting style of dining.


We offer some flexibility on shifts, most our admin and events happen Wednesday to Saturdays however this can vary on some weeks and extra shifts are often available.

We have paid breaks, staff food together, we're a close tight knit team, we pay for travel time plus some mileage.

We can also provide further training on the job.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
£11.00-£13.50 per hour
