We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Trainee Conveyancer to join our Conveyancing Department.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for property law and conveyancing to develop their career in a dynamic and reputable law firm with no previous experience needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Property Transactions:
Support senior conveyancers in managing all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and refinances.
Client Interaction:
Maintain regular communication with clients, answering queries, providing updates, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.
Document Review and Preparation:
Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
Title Searches and Due Diligence:
Conduct property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues or concerns related to the properties in question.
File Management:
Organise and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other members of the Conveyancing Department and provide support when needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing legal requirements.
Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
