Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled maitnenance partner to join our team.

As a maintenance partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to assess maintenance needs.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and attend call outs, including repairs, installations, and renovations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and the maintenance manager for specialised repairs or services.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of properties.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property maintenance, with proficiency in residential and commercial maintenance tasks.
• Possession of a full UK driving license and access to own vehicle for transportation.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
• Legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

£21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
