- Basic salary up to £35,000

We are representing an exciting FinTech company, that are growing their Bristol office, and looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team They are looking for those that have full 360 sales experience, enjoy managing the full process, are drivenand want to up to 200k by year 3

What you'll be doing

  • Following up on new potential leads.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Building longlasting client relationships.
  • Representing the company's products with a real, genuine passion

What you'll need to apply

  • Understanding or an interest of the FinTech world is advantageous.
  • Experience within Sales, Business Development or Recruitment.

What you'll get in return for your talents

  • Basic salary of up to
    £35,000 per annum.
  • First year OTE of
    £70,000.
  • By year 3, your OTE will be up to
    £200,000
