Are you an experienced Property Compliance Administrator? If you are - we're looking forward to hearing from you

BRC is working with a local housing provider to recruit a property compliance administrator on a contract basis. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that properties adhere to regulatory standards and maintain optimal safety and functionality.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants to coordinate inspections and necessary repairs.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Providing administrative support to the property management team as needed.

You will have:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with customers and other members of staff.
  • Computer literate (GSuite, Microsoft Excel and Word).
  • Ability to handle, analyse data and report findings.
  • Ability to challenge.
