Are you an experienced Property Compliance Administrator? If you are - we're looking forward to hearing from you
BRC is working with a local housing provider to recruit a property compliance administrator on a contract basis. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that properties adhere to regulatory standards and maintain optimal safety and functionality.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation.
- Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants to coordinate inspections and necessary repairs.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Providing administrative support to the property management team as needed.
You will have:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communications.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Ability to negotiate with customers and other members of staff.
- Computer literate (GSuite, Microsoft Excel and Word).
- Ability to handle, analyse data and report findings.
- Ability to challenge.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
£13.42-£15.10 per hour
