MISSION


To be a key player within the agency creative team, helping to run the x-channel day-to-day content delivery; supporting on project briefs, serving a variety of luxury and premium clients.


You will be someone who lives and breathes social media content, who keeps up to date with the latest TikTok trends, and knows how to refine a reel for Instagram.

You are keen to showcase and develop your video editing and design skills and know your way around Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro.

You can be described as naturally inquisitive; continually looking for inspiration from other brands with a desire to learn from those around you to develop a broad creative skillset to progress your career at VERB.


As well as editing content assets for both paid and organic social channels, you will use your creative mind to help develop design concepts by joining brainstorms and working with different teams to adapt content based on strategy and insights.


You have natural creative flair, a strong eye for design and imagery and are driven by the idea of working at a fast pace for a range of different clients; you're excited to help shape the visual identity for brands and passionate about learning new design techniques to constantly develop your skills.


You will have a top line understanding of the different opportunities the digital channels collectively offer for luxury brands looking to reach online audiences, and be able to share your thinking on any new and exciting ways the edit or design execution can be used x-channel to help drive authentic engagement.

Your natural communication and organised nature will help drive your success within the role.

You will split your time working with internal delivery teams and clients, to deliver content production projects, ensuring they're delivered to brief, and the creative execution is of the highest standards.

You are someone who is proactive, can demonstrate creative thinking and is looking to really grow within a content design role.


OUTCOMES
To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Be a key player in the production of creative assets/content, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timescales. By the end of your first 4 weeks in the role, you will have a full understanding of the creative briefing process and confidently be designing day-to-day and campaign assets for VERB clients
  • Develop your video editing skills (with support) using the Adobe suite so that by the end of your first 4 weeks at VERB you are able to confidently deliver sets of short snackable video assets for organic and paid channels
  • Consistently be able to bring to life content and asset ideas, sourcing appropriate imagery and inspiration for mood boards and proposals. By the end of your first 8 weeks in the role, with oversight from your line manager, you should feel confident sharing your vision, communicating next steps, and working with key stakeholders on design ideation; responding to feedback, where relevant
  • Build strong working relationships across delivery teams, particularly the wider creative team, who you will work with to ideate and bring to life ideas for clients. By the end of your first 6 weeks at VERB, you will be able to demonstrate how you have built trust with key daytoday internal stakeholders across different teams, using your communication skills to efficiently deliver content on time, and to brief
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital xchannel campaigns, with a particular focus on the luxury sector.

Each week, share at least 1 innovative campaign or design asset that you've come across with the internal VERB delivery teams, to help inspire creative thinking across the agency.
