Inspired by the grand cafes of Mittel-Europe, The Delaunay is an all-day cafe-restaurant located near Covent Garden on the corner of Aldwych & Drury Lane.

The role of Barista:

Working in highly organized, well quipped dispense bar within our 200 cover classic all day dining restaurant
Creating and dispensing all hot beverages and organising the Barista section accordingly
Maintaining familiarity with menu items, specials, company news and guest profiles
45 hours a week + paid overtime (mixture of shifts in mornings, evenings and weekends)

We're looking for a Barista who:

Has knowledge and passion for the preparation of hot beverages
Enjoys working independently or as part of a small diverse team
Has previous experience working in a busy coffee shop, restaurant or hotel and who understands a beverage operation at this level
