Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Finance Focused)


Salary:
Up to £35,000

Location:
Central London + 4 days wfh per week

Position Type:
Full-time, Permanent


Our client is looking for a financially focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their very busy team in Central London.

They are an award-winning and leading Housing Association, developing across London and Southern England.

Supporting the Marketing team, this person will be responsible for a variety of financial administration tasks, such as purchase orders, payment and financial queries, and other administrative duties to assist in delivering high-performing marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reservation paperwork, ensuring compliance with antimoney laundering and other procedures
  • Supplying up to date and accurate information on completions to the NHBC
  • Provide accurate information on the Help to Buy scheme or any other support schemes
  • Keep track of health and safety performance reports across the marketing suites and show homes
  • Manage scheme budgets ensuring they are maintained and logged accurately
  • Assist with streamlining financial processes and procedures and provide feedback to help develop new protocols
  • Raising and processing purchase orders and confirming receipt with the relevant party
  • Manage and track sales agent fees on the CRM system and generate periodic reports on the output
  • Manage and track procurement card spending and generate periodic reports on Sales & Marketing Director expenditure
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining marketing supplier relationships and reconciling statements
  • Be the first point of contact for financial queries and be the lead finance contact for the Sales & Marketing Team
  • Provide adhoc administrative support across the teams

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 12 months in a finance focused administration role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential
  • Budget forecasting experience beneficial
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Highly organised with acute attention to detail
