Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Respond to tenant requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all properties are in compliance with safety and health codes
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities and expenses
- Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants
- Other duties as assigned

Salary:
From £14.19 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
