Are you looking for a role that puts your customer service skills to the test?


Are you a Helpdesk Administrator with a passion for solving problems? If so, then this could be the role you've been waiting for.


As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and advice for a wide range of questions and queries.

You will be expected to build relationships with customers, while also managing the IT systems and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have an interest in IT, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in a helpdesk role or similar customer service position would be desirable, but is not essential.

The role requires you to work from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. In return, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, depending on experience.
