Description
Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Manage the filing system and retrieve documents as needed
  • Prepare and modify documents including; RAMS, Staff Training etc.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Sage or equivalent is a plus
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
