An opportunity is available for a Customer Experience Advisor, working from home on a hybrid basis, you will be required to go into the office as and when based near Birmingham Airport.

You will be joining a thriving housing organisation who have over 100,000 customers on an ongoing temporary basis.

As the Customer Experience Advisor, you will be:

  • Working with the Customer Experience Manager in driving and enhancing the customer culture and ensuring customers receive an outstanding end to end journey
  • Managing a case load of complaints, ensuring quick resolutions and formal complaints are thoroughly and consistently investigated, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts across the Group
  • Tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer experience queries and identifying ways to improve the Group's customer services
  • Promoting and providing highquality customer services that meet regulatory requirements in written format and over the telephone as and when

As the Customer Experience Advisor, you will have:

  • Previous experience working within a customer service role, managing your own caseload of complaints
  • Accustomed to working collaboratively to meet resolutions
  • Experienced in working to and following regulations

As the Customer Experience Advisor, you will receive an hourly pay rate of £16.38 per hour with excellent benefits including hybrid working.
