About Our Client:

Our client is a highly reputable business with exciting changes and growth plans.

They are based in Southampton, very close to public transport access (including train stations) and those driving with free on site parking.

As the Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Bank statement reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Preparing the payment runs
  • Sorting out process notes

The Successful Applicant:

In order to be considered for the Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk position, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar position & be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on very short notice
  • Be able to commute to the office
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be able to work as part of a small team
  • Be able to use your initiative
