Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume purchase and sales ledger invoices
  • Issuing and matching purchase orders on accounts system
  • Chasing outstanding invoices and PO's
  • Answering calls and dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Ensuring that all records comply with all regulatory and audit requirements
  • Adding new accounts to the system
  • Monitoring and processing staff expenses
  • General administrative duties (general typing and filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies and general office housekeeping)

Key skills:

  • Proficient is the use of Sageline 50
  • Able to work unsupervised and use initiative
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Previous administration experience
