Description
Key responsibilities:
- Processing high volume purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Issuing and matching purchase orders on accounts system
- Chasing outstanding invoices and PO's
- Answering calls and dealing with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring that all records comply with all regulatory and audit requirements
- Adding new accounts to the system
- Monitoring and processing staff expenses
- General administrative duties (general typing and filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies and general office housekeeping)
Key skills:
- Proficient is the use of Sageline 50
- Able to work unsupervised and use initiative
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Strong numerical skills
- Previous administration experience
