Job description:

Would you like a chance to work as a
Marketing Executive for a
leading independent estate agency with a reputation for delivering exceptional service and outstanding results?

My client are looking for a
diverse and creative Marketing Executive to join them in their office at Paddington.

They have grown to become one of the
most respected and trusted names in the London property market, with a network of offices across the capital.

They are
client centric and pride themselves on having a great team and culture, working with some of the very
best developers.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute all digital and print marketing for the company and clients
  • Measure and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and develop Social Media strategy and content
  • Video creation and editing
  • CMS management
  • CRM assistance
  • Property portal managemernt

What you'll need:

Obtained:

  • 2 yrs + experience in a similar role, preferably in estate agency or new homes developer
  • Marketing degree desired
  • Highly proficient in design software (Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM is essential (preferably reapit)
  • Knowledge of CMS is essential
  • Great copywriting and communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
