Description

Tradewind are looking to recruit an outstanding USK2 Teacher for a school in Irlam. The post is to begin as soon as possible and run until the end of the academic year. The school will pay a salary of between M1 and M6 for this post.

About the Role
You will be teaching in a class of 28 students, with support from a Teaching Assistant. You will work alongside the other USK2 Teacher to plan lessons in line with the schools curriculum. The class has an average number of children with SEND or EAL.

Your Responsibilities as an USK2 Teacher

Build strong, positive relationships with pupils from the outset
Manage behaviour in line with the school policies
Plan engaging, fun lessons that excite children in their learning
Use a variety of assessment techniques to inform future planning and fill in gaps in learning
Be involved in the wider life of the school by attending trips, events and clubs.
Develop excellent working relationships with other team members to enhance children's progress.
