Our well-established client is looking for an experienced full time qualified Litigation Lawyer to join their team based in their Poole Office

You will have litigation expereince as part of route to qualification
A practical and proactive approach to litigation
A genuine desire to offer exceptional client care

Your role:

As a litigation lawyer, you will be required to work independently and as a part of team to handle a wide range of litigation cases.

This is mostly commercial and dispute resolution work, although there are some personal injury cases too.

This work will cover:

Landlord and tenant disputes, Property disputes, Company and partnership disputes, IP issues, Contentious probate, Contract disputes, Boundary disputes, and Professional negligence claims.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this litigation role, you must be an experienced litigation lawyer with experience gained at a reputable law firm.

The role has scope to cover a wide range of litigation matters, including property, commercial, civil and contractualdisputes - so experience in some of these areas is ideal.
