About Our Client:
My client is a well established manufacturing business seeking an experienced personal assistant to join their team
The key responsibilities:
- Complex diary management, both business and personal for the Chairman / MD and wider team
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
- Devising / maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic notetaking
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations etc as required
- Process expenses
- Adhoc personal errands for the Chairman / MD
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office 365 suite).
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- Good multitasker
