About Our Client:

My client is a well established manufacturing business seeking an experienced personal assistant to join their team


The key responsibilities:


  • Complex diary management, both business and personal for the Chairman / MD and wider team
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion
  • Devising / maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- creating detailed travel itineraries

  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic notetaking
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations etc as required
  • Process expenses
  • Adhoc personal errands for the Chairman / MD

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office 365 suite).
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Good multitasker
