Monday - Friday, 9am until 5.30pm
£ £30000pa DOE
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively supporting with recruitment and managing all administration associated to the recruitment process ie advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and preparing contracts.
- Provide direct HR support to the offices based in the SOT area, improving on boarding, employee relations and recruitment.
- Manage probationary periods, flexible working requests, exit interviews and other employee requests inline with company policies and procedures.
- Recording employee's annual leave.
- First line HR support including disciplinaries and grievances.
