Receptionist (Part-Time)
The Receptionist will work under the direction of the Head of Shared Services (HSS) and will be the first point of contact for all enquiries into the RSPCA Mid Norfolk & North Suffolk Branch.
Working collaboratively with Branch staff, volunteers and Trustees you will ensure that the customer experience offered is of the highest standard, from initial contact through to outcome.
An outgoing and enthusiastic individual, you will proactively seek to improve and streamline the administrative functions within the Branch where necessary, and will possess the ability to react quickly and positively to the changing dynamic of the Branch.
At all times you will maintain the excellent standards expected from the RSPCA, and be supportive and sympathetic to the aims of the charity.
Job Types:

Part-time hours: 20 per week

£10,920.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
