We are looking for people who are ambitious and passionate about working with students who have a primary need of Autism.

You will work with pupils of all ages and want to make a positive impact within the education sector.

You will be supporting Autism and/or ADHD. Professional experience is advantagous but we welcome applicants from those who have transferable skills and/or persoanl experience.

You will be joining a school for that provides a full-time holistic provision for students of all ages.

The School is seeking an individual who is passionate about working with young people with Autism, and is excited support integrate educational and therapeutic provision for our new students.

To be successful

  • Understanding of different special educational needs and strategies for supporting pupils with diverse learning requirements.
  • Empathy, patience, and resilience when working with children facing educational challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of SEN pupils and school settings.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
