Vice Principal (Partnerships and Learner Journey)

Salary:
£95,000 per annum plus Car Allowance and Medical Cover**We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and most successful colleges in Wales.

We are seeking to appoint a Vice Principal (Partnerships and Learner Journey).

To be successful in this role you will:
- be an excellent communicator - both in terms of verbal and written communication - who is able to confidently lead colleagues through changes and developments;
- be able to build strong and effective relationships with external partners through excellent communication and negotiating skills;
- have the vision, skills and energy to provide the best service for every potential learner in our College with commitment to excellence and a passion for lifelong learning;
- be a creative and inspirational strategic leader with a positive attitude who will work collaboratively across the College and local stakeholders (Businesses, Local Authorities, feeder schools etc);
- have the ability to build strong relationships, to collaborate with staff in all college departments and locations and influence at a senior level;
- be a motivational, values based and inclusive leader who will lead and manage your team across all areas of activity;
- be well-organised with outstanding planning skills combined with an ability to work well under pressure;
- have a continuous improvement mind-set with experience of delivering innovative improvement and creative solutions to provide the support services needed;
- have ability and proven experience in learner journey and partnership strategies.

The ability to use the Welsh language is desirable
