Configuration Manager (ServiceNow Discovery) - £75k - £85k Tier 1 Investment Banking - hybrid working + excellent benefits

Overview:

A leading tier 1 investment bank are currently recruiting for a Configuration Manager to join their team. You will have the opportunity to drive and mature the environment within Servicenow Discovery and Configuration Management.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain the CMDB contents for accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain process for ensuring CMDB contents are accurate and current.
  • Define and maintain relationships between Configuration Items (CIs).
  • Contribute to the development of the Configuration Management strategy, processes and policy to ensure that Configuration Management remains current and effective.
  • Defining and controlling configuration information for components of services and infrastructure that make Technology systems.

Skills & Experience:


  • Solid Configuration Management experience
  • Experience working with Servicenow Discovery
  • Ideally a background within a large regulated organisation.

Package:

- £75,000 - £85,000

  • 2025% bonus
  • 1416% pension contributions
