OVERVIEW

The Mixing operator is responsible for manufacturing of Bulk Products, Quality release of bulk materials and finished bulk products and the execution of the production plan for bulk manufacturing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ownership of, and responsibility for, the manufacturing of Bulk Products according to the formulation and method of manufacture specified on the formulation card.

To work closely with the production supervisor to ensure all bulk product is produced and released in time to meet production requirements.

Ownership of, and responsibility for the quality release of bulk finished products to the filling lines.

Ownership of, and responsibility for the execution of the production plan for bulk manufacturing.

Safe storage of all raw materials used in manufacturing.

Inbound QC checks of all raw materials used in manufacturing.

Maintenance of all required COSHH data sheets for raw materials, ensuring they are filed on our MRP system.

Ownership of, and responsibility for the stock accuracy of raw materials and bulk product.

Ownership, and responsibility for the health and safety within the bulk manufacturing area.

Maintenance of and adherence to all systems and processes associated with the role.

Maintenance and upkeep of all plant and equipment used in the role.

Any other ad Hoc responsibilities that arise that are directly associated with the role.
