Our well established client in Edgware is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor's to join the team on a temporary/ temporary to permanent basis.


Key Details
Contract - Temporary to Permanent

Location - Edgware

Salary - £ £11.00 per hour plus holiday allowance

Hours - 40 hour week, Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break)


Role and Responsibilities

Inbound - answer inbound telephone calls from customers across multiple campaigns


Outbound - make outbound telephone calls for set campaigns

To handle and resolve customer queries

Using client systems and web based systems to handle customer calls.

Booking Customers in for campaigns on client systems

Ability to work in a team environment - ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.

Keep an accurate record of all customer details and other data.


Previous experience within Customer Service

You will be required to attend an interview.
**Must be available immediately.
