Head of Finance - Private Surgical Hospital

Salary - £80,000

Fully Qualified

Hybrid Working

Experience in healthcare sector essential.

Full Time 37.5 hours

Compass Corporate services are proud to be working with an award winning hospital providing world-class health care and widely recognised to be the one of the finest in the country, to recruit a Head of Finance based in Bath where you will oversee the Finance aspect of the hospital site on a weekly basis.

The Role

Requirements:

Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
Extensive senior level accountancy experience
Experience of working in the healthcare sector is desirable.
Record of continuous professional development
Demonstrated ability to quickly appraise complex situations and to identify key issues
Significant, relevant experience in a senior finance role, with experience of managing a finance team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop good relationships with colleagues

Location

You will be working in the Bath Private Hospital and be required to work on site minimum 3 days per week.
