Admin role

Permanent position

Pay depending on experience with opportunities to progress and obtain professional qualifications.

An opportunity has become available to join our team as an insolvency trainee within a busy insolvency firm.


The role responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to customers, banks, HMRC and other stakeholders; and
  • Dealing with data entry onto our case management system, and ensuring this data remains up to date; and
  • Dealing with diary management for the Insolvency Practitioner, the Managing Partner and otherwise as required; and
  • Monitoring receipts of information required, and monies due to insolvent estates; and
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports on insolvency cases as required; and
  • Assisting with the preparation of case reviews on insolvency cases as required.

We are looking for someone who is organised, productive, and has a desire to progress in a busy profession to join our team.

Education / Experience

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred) in Maths and English at grade B or above (or equivalent); and
  • Office Excel (minimum 1 year experience)
  • Office Word (minimum 1 year experience)
Higher education / proven skills would be advantageous.

Salary:
£15,486.21-£29,084.84 per year
