Description

The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit a Trade Brokerage Analyst to join a growing International Financial Services Organisation based in Surrey.

The role holder will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing day to day BAU activities associated with current sponsors. The role will focus on implementing the Operating Model, specific business requirements and onboarding of new stock plan sponsors.

Key Remits:

Oversee stock plan transactions through the systems and monitoring
Identifying any new risks, implementing and testing controls
Support onboarding of sponsors
Assisting the settlement process for anything unsettled due for settlement
MI production
Liaising with various stakeholders internally for investigating and resolving of issues

Experience:

Experience within a similar operations role
Knowledge of the asset classes such as Equity/Fixed Income/ETF/Investment Trusts
Good Excel skills
Ability to problem solve and identify risk
Good attention to detail
